The following Development Permit(s) have
been conditionally approved subject to appeal to the Subdivision
and Development Appeal Board as prescribed by Section 685 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000 as
amended, and Section 1.16 of the Town of Sundre Land Use Bylaw 2018-10, as
amended.
An Appeal, in writing,
must be accompanied by the Appeal fee of $200.00. Appeals are to be addressed to: PO Box 420, 717 Main Avenue W.
Sundre AB T0M 1X0, Attention: Clerk of
the Subdivision and Appeal Board.
All appeals must be received by the date noted on the Development Decision.
