Office Location
The Sundre Town Office is located at 717 Main Ave. W.
Hours
Our hours of operation are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Our team of friendly, dedicated staff is available to assist you in a variety of different ways.
Building Development
We have an on-site Development Officer and all phases of building construction can be addressed through his expertise and guidance. You can also purchase development and building permits and related documents at the front desk.
The Town has residential lots for sale. Inquiries are welcome.
Business Licenses
Business Licenses are required in Sundre for commercial, non-resident commercial and home occupation type industries. Application can be made at the Town office.
Utilities
Water, Wastewater, Gas and Garbage services are supplied to most properties within the Town of Sundre.
Equalized Budget Billing for the Gas portion of a Utility Bill is offered starting in April each year. Customers must
have occupied the property for at least one year to qualify for equalized gas budget billing.
Payment options include Pre-authorized Automatic Debit, telephone or on-line banking service as well as Interac,
Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the Town office.
Houshold Pets
All dogs in the Town of Sundre must be licensed. These licenses are free of charge for new residents, new puppies and to all residents during January of each year. A maximum limit of two dogs per household applies in town.
Maps
A variety of area maps can be purchased, as can Town pins and flags. We also carry an extensive selection of free recreational and informative brochures.
Recycling
The Town of Sundre encourages all aspects of recycling. We have kitchen compost bins and blue box containers for sale for your convenience. Call (403) 638-3551.
